Who We Are
God's Rainbow Christian Academy is a diverse private school with a before and after school program, and day care for infants through 6th Grade. Our students consist of a rainbow of cultures unified by God's love and Biblical principles. We utilize a strong Christian curriculum, our natural surrounding and mandates and absolute truths from the Bible as part of the children's learning experience. We understand that for the most part the only Bible some will read is through other Christian's actions. For that reason, we encourage our students to walk in integrity, honor, forgiveness, love and compassion for those around them to effectively display and live out God's endless love, mercy and grace to all.

Our Founders
Pastor Victor and Milagros Quinones have purposed in their hearts to create an environment for children that emanates peace, hope, joy and love in the realm of a spontaneous yet consistent environment. Both have effectively worked with people and children for over 40 years and continue to bestow their wisdom to raising proactive, productive, responsible, intelligent citizens that contribute positively to society.
B.S. Chemical Biology from the University of Puerto Rico-USA
Post Graduate Studies in Education from University of Houston, Texas
Mr. Quinones has served in a variety of positions for the State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. After working for Liscensing in the State of Texas he saw the need of quality services for children. Mr. Quinones is the founder of God's Rainbow Christian Academy based in Sugar Land, Texas.
Two years at the University of Puerto Rico-USA Post Graduate Studies in Political Science from the University of Houston, Texas
Ms. Quinones has served in a variety of positions for the State of Texas for 13 years. Mrs. Quinones is also the co-founder and current administrator of God's Rainbow Christian Academy based in Sugar Land, Texas.
Married with three children
Mr. Quinones studied Computer Science at The University of Houston and was on the Dean's List and has received his Microsoft Certified Network Engineer, Novell Certified Network Engineer, VMware, and Cisco Certified Engineer Certifications.
Director of Day Care and Lead Elementary Educator · 1997 to present. She studied Nursing at the University of Houston. She graduated with honors from Alief Elsik High School Class of 1994 · Houston, Texas
Head of the Physical Therapy of the Veterans Hospital, Ms. Lebron has been since inscription of God's Rainbow Christian Academy a pivotal part of the administration of the school.
